About This Project

0 Island Road in Norton, MA

Old Colony Habitat for Humanity is excited to announce our next homeownership project in Norton, which will mark our sixth build in the community. Thanks to the generosity of a private land donor, we have been fortunate to secure property that will become the site of a new affordable home for a local family.

This project will feature a three-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom single-family home of approximately 1,900 square feet. As with all Habitat homes, the project will be made possible through the support of volunteers, donors, community partners, and sponsors who share our commitment to expanding affordable homeownership opportunities.

When completed, this home will provide a hardworking local family with a safe, stable, and affordable place to live while helping strengthen the Norton community for generations to come.

We look forward to sharing construction updates as this exciting project moves forward and to welcoming a new family home in 2027.

Follow our socials for up-to-date details on when the application is opening!
