Habitat for Humanity ReStore
We appreciate your interest in donating to the Habitat for Humanity ReStore located in Attleboro. Please call 508-639-9577 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule a time to drop off your donated items. Please review the donation list (link to the info sheet) to see what we do not accept. Our mission to build homes, communities, and hope is achieved through the generosity and cooperation of many people like you.
Though we at Habitat for Humanity strive to accept every donation offered to us, we reserve the right to refuse any drop-off donation at the time of delivery due to the condition of the item, our current stock, or the safety of our volunteers and staff. We thank you for your understanding.
Please note that dropping off items outside of regular business hours is considered illegal dumping, which significantly detracts from our mission, and as such is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Thank you for showing an interest in donating to the Old Colony ReStore located at 9 Washington St. on Route 1 in Attleboro!
In order to keep our doors open and continue to support Old Colony Habitat for Humanity’s mission of providing decent, affordable housing in partnership with families in need, we rely heavily on the generous donations that we receive from individuals and businesses in our area. Without these donations, we would not be able to provide the affiliate with the funding that they need in order to continue making a considerable impact in the local community.
In order to help those who would like to make a donation but are unable to deliver it to the store themselves, we do have a truck that goes out several times per week to pick up donations. We offer this pickup service for a small donation fee and would be grateful for the opportunity to work with you on scheduling a donation pickup.
With that being said, we do ask that people who are able to bring donations directly to the store themselves do this as opposed to requesting a donation pickup, as the number of stops we can do in a given week is very limited and we like to be as efficient as possible. A staff member or volunteer at the store will be able to guide you in the right direction as far as where to drop off your donation. Regardless of whether or not we come to you to pick up a donation or if you drop it off yourself, we do provide you with a receipt with an inventory of the items that you donated for tax purposes.
Due to sanitary or disposal issues, there are certain items that we are unable to take as donations at this time. These items include the following:
- Damaged or soiled upholstered furniture
- Broken appliances
- Clothing or linens
