Job Description

Responsibilities: · Drive the Habitat for Humanity Truck to pick up donations in Southeastern, MA and parts of RI. · Provide exceptional customer service to donors and shoppers in the field and at the store · Empty truck(s) every day, multiple times per day, with the help of store staff and volunteers · Assist with donation screening and drop offs · Assist donors and customers with loading/unloading items from their vehicles · Maintain cleanliness and safety within the store, on the truck(s) and in outside area · Arrive on time and ready to work. · Complete projects in a timely manner, asking for help as needed · Act as an Ambassador for Habitat for Humanity while interacting with donors, shoppers, and volunteers.

Other Duties as Needed: · Assist customers, run cash register · Respond to donor and customer inquiries · Lead/supervise and work with volunteers · Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements · Must have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record · Must be able to pass a background check, including CORI · Must be able to pass a drug screen and lift test · Must have at least 26 years old and has 7 years of truck driving experience with no violations · Commitment to providing exemplary customer service
