Deep thanks to Jason Case and Case Materials, Inc. of North Attleboro for their generous donation of two truckloads of loam for the Plainville project. This will enable us to stabilize the grade on the sides and rear of the lot with plantings to prevent erosion, and will finish off the project in fine style.

Monica Dupre of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors presents Fundraising Chair Tom Warren
with a check for $500 to support our homebuilding projects. The association is committed to
contributing $15,000 to 21 separate Habitat affiliates across the Commonwealth.

| Putnam Investments of Boston MA
Putnam Investments of Boston MA has donated $30,000 to the Plainville Project as
part of their Local Initiative Program. This is the largest corporate grant ever received by
Old Colony, and we are most grateful for the continuing partnership proposed by Putnam.
Their support of our Gala/Auction, our first Golf Tourney in Oct 2005, and their sponsorship
of the Hike for Humanity have helped us secure the funding for the entire Plainville project.

Benjamin Franklin Bank, of Franklin, MA, has donated $2500 for our Plainville project, and
has contributed a group of employees to our first work days on the site. Additionally, the
bank made a much appreciated contribution to our annual Gala Auction in April of 2006. Many
thanks to Linda Fortier and Michael Piemonte for initiating what we hope to be an ongoing
partnership with the bank for increasing affordable housing in our mutual service areas.

Rolls Royce Naval Marine, Inc. of Walpole, MA has supported our annual Gala/Auction with
donations of auction/raffle items, and peak attendance by employees. They have also contributed
